How long will it take to receive my items?


It will take 2-14 business days to receive your items, depending on your location.




If you wash and dry the items, will they be as good as new?


Yes, Yume KO. prides itself on our quality, Yume Ko can be washed and dried and will return to new. More delicate items will have to be washed in cold water and hang-dried to assure the quality of the mesh material.




How do your sizes run?


Our items are true to size.




Why don’t you have more sizes in certain items?


Yume Ko. is a boutique, our goal is to offer unique pieces with limited sizes, to promote originality amongst our youth.




Will the items that sell out be restocked?


Yes, if the product is in demand, the item will most-likely always be restocked.




How long does it take to receive your refund, replacement product or store credit?


Unfortunately, we do not offer store credit, however it will take up to 2-14 business days to receive a refund or replacement item. After careful review of the returned item, a confirmation email will be sent, and the refund will be granted.




How much will Shipping cost?


Shipping cost will vary based upon location.




What happens if the item is lost or damaged?


If the item is lost or damaged, we will replace the item, but we will not offer a refund. It could take up to an additional 2-14 business days for the item to be shipped back out.
